At True Sea Moss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the request and select your items.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
